St Peter's Basilica, Rome

Sticking with the Italian Job here is St Peter's at night:

Only the eyeball can really do justice to the sheer scale of some things in Italy.  The dome of St Peter's rises to very nearly 450ft (if you stood at the top of Beachy Head you would only just be looking down on it) and you could fit a traditional Victorian terraced house through the door in the middle - try to visual that and you will start to get some sort of perspective on this... then you go inside and your chin hits the floor!
